Ignore your competitors...
Look to your own bestsellers. Another colour? Another size? Material? But be careful with sales cannibalism!
Never ever (ever) expand your product range until you’ve hit ‘Velocity’ on what you already have.
Less is more, launch 1 or 2 killer SKUs at a time, not a fluffy ‘collection’.
Be different. I’m not in for Jungle Scouting and copying, stay unique but in line with sales data.
And pause…do you need new SKUs at all? How about new channels first?
