Ask WHO not HOW in eCommerce…

I’ve borrowed the theme of this post from my good friend Jon Stoddard, as I found it so valuable and felt the need to share my own version with you.


If you discovered a lump on your neck, would you begin researching what it might be then buy a course and watch some YouTube videos on how to take a biopsy from yourself?


Would you then find out how to diagnose this biopsy, then take a leap of faith and continue your research on how to treat the cause before making a strong bet on yourself to pull it off?


There may well be a reason why it requires a 5-year degree in medicine, recognised by the General Medical Council, a 2-year foundation programme of general training, 2 years of core surgical training in a hospital and up to 6 years of specialist training before you can start betting on yourself to help others.


Ok, so we don’t have the lives of our partners in our hands, but we do have their success and financial futures in our hands.


Do you go it alone in eCommerce and try to figure all this out yourself?


Or do you find the guy who already knows, who has spent 20 years in the weeds doing it, who has a track record of helping others to do it?


You tell me?


Instead of focusing on “How Do I Do This”, focus on “Who Already Knows How To Do This”...


If the who already knows how to do this AND can get the results faster than you can get them on your own, is that worth it?


If you don’t want to spend forever figuring this stuff out...find a guy!
