HOW OUR EUROPE PROGRAM WORKS
The Europe Re-conquered Program is a 60-day eCommerce accelerator which assumes that your brand is not currently present in the European market. From brand concept to 1st sale, the program handles all the heavy lifting getting you set up for success.
On completion you can either fully outsource to us under our eCommerce Partnership Program, or we hand over to your in-house team with in depth training and 60 days of further unlimited support.

PHASE 1
Solid Foundations
Branding
EU-oriented brand conceptualisation and build. Logos and brand pack creation.
Importing the goods
From pick-up, through customs, until delivery in our partner warehouse…we have you covered.
Warehouse & Logistics
As your European hub, we operate and manage your stock through our dedicated warehouse. We also ensure full EDI/API integration is completed, depending on your existing ERP or WMS.
PHASE 2
MultiChannel Buildout
Amazon
Everything starts with Amazon as the natural entry point for EU expansion.
We will set up the Seller Central account, create A+ Content, set Keywords, build listings, manage brand registry, set VAT and general compliance.
MultiChannel
Key contacts are engaged within targeted retailers, compliant applications carried out and content & creatives designed. Reviews will be syndicated where possible.
Channels such as Amazon, CDiscount and eBay will be the primary focus here alongside more niche options, with over 100 to choose from (brand dependent).
PHASE 3
Onboarding
With our applications successful, the complex MultiChannel build process can begin.
Our channel specialists will set up each channel to specification during this phase, with over 300 data check points considered, and all SKUs will be listed and ready to sell. Advertising budgets are agreed per channel, and ads are built out in readiness for launch.
PHASE 4
Lift Off
With everything set up and raring to sell, we’re just waiting on inventory. Once that’s arrived, we are set to launch ads and start the live inventory feeds.
Depending on the review status, we will consider options for the collection of ratings, reviews and UGC during this phase which is all about starting right, as the first 30 days on a channel is crucial to its success thereafter.
We will be carefully managing the account from here, and adjusting the course as required.
Finally, in-depth training is provided along with loom videos, manuals and everything needed to scale beyond the accelerator should you decide to go it in-house.

LIFE AFTER THE PROGRAM
Most partners continue to use Vanquish after the program has been completed, and we become an integrated part of their team.
This usually happens under our eCommerce Partnership Program which is a fully outsourced service leaving us to handle everything end-to-end so you can focus on running your business.
You can expect warehousing, stock control, logistics, compliance, Amazon (and all other channels) management, pan-European launch, paid marketing and ad campaign creation/management, review management, customer support, reporting, dedicated partner success manager, Vanquish Academy, staff training and software solutions consultancy.
