FOUNDER & CEO

Jonathan Staker is a British entrepreneur and investor. Since 2004 he has helmed start-ups, turnarounds, acquisitions and strategic exits. He is a renowned expert in the retail industry and his insights feature in major media outlets such as CBS, FOX, NBC, USA TODAY, DIGITAL JOURNAL & hundred's more.

In 2015 he sold his first business, 'Keypak'. He had successfully scaled the business to employ over 50 people before selling to US giant 'The Colson Group'. Here, he had gained experience through numerous brand acquisitions in the hardware, tool and adhesives sectors.

Bound up in a non-compete, he then founded a MultiChannel homewares company which reached multiple 7 figures within 2 years before exiting again in 2018.

Shortly afterwards, he took over and helped reboot a well known furniture brand which he still owns today. Having opened up the US market, they quickly became preferred supplier to numerous leading retailers including several Fortune 500 companies.

In 2021, he co-founded Vanquish Commerce Group having tackled virtually every problem businesses in the industry can face. He had made mistakes along the way and overcome common obstacles. He wanted to help others conquer those same challenges using the exact model that made his own companies successful.

Vanquish Commerce Group today manages over £340M in attributable partner revenue.


Jonathan is known for his ability to move businesses from zero to market swiftly – and to increase profit for pre-revenue through to $100M+ revenue companies.
